If you registered for SCREENING application but entered a wrong email address you can re-use the registration form to change your address. A new password will be generated and sent to the new email address.

Those that applied for the first Screening exercise do not need to initialism their record again. They should log in with their application id and password; pay application fee and re submit to apply a second time.
